Hurricane Pumps from Deep Blue are designed to help your aquarium residents survive a temporary power loss.
The deluxe Category 2 pump features:
- Compact design makes it ideal for fish transportation, as well as, back up aeration during temporary power loss.
- Water Resistant - A rubber seal for both the battery compartment and power switch.
- Comes with a length of silicone air tubing and an airstone.
- Has two (2) ""D"" cell battery slots. Batteries are not included.
- Made of high quality impact plastic for durability and quiet operation.
- Single outlet design.

- Automatically switches to rechargeable battery pack upon power loss.
- Automatic recharge system charges battery pack when power is restored.
- Designed with optional ""D"" cell battery slots for use when main battery pack is exhausted.
- Adjustable flow control with Interval Battery Extension Technology (I.B.E.T.).
- Features two modes Hi position pumps 14 hours on full battery and Lo position runs for 28 hours intermittently (one minute on, one minute off)
- Removable, 6V Ni-Cad rechargeable battery pack included.
