INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders are shipped from the United States.

Shipping on international orders may be more than shown in our shopping cart.
Please email us for rates.

For all international orders, we will e-mail you estimated shipping charges before shipment. Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. You are responsible for knowing your country's laws regarding any item purchased. Insurance, if desired, must be requested BEFORE shipment leaves and an additional charge will be added to your shipping costs. While we have never lost a shipment in transit we cannot guarantee delivery after it leaves our store unless you request and purchase delivery and damage insurance.

DELIVERY TERMS

Shipping Policy - F.O.B. Point. Shipping terms are F.O.B. our warehouse. Freight may be prepaid by us and billed to the Purchaser. We reserve the right to select the method of transportation and the routing of shipment. A Purchaser requiring shipment by a method or routing other than that selected by us will be billed the increase in transportation charges.

Delivery - Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, delivery of the product will be made F.O.B. our warehouse, and we reserve the right to make delivery in installments unless otherwise specified at the time of order.

 

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Due to the AquaticHouse's low prices and high volume of sales, the possibility exists that your item might be out of stock. If this is the case, your order will be placed in a sequential queue and filled in that order once a re-stocking occurs. Almost all of our orders are shipped with our next day's processing. In the rare case of an out of stock condition, please allow an absolute minimum of 6 - 10 business days for delivery. Every attempt is made to receive, process and ship an out of stock item within 1 week. On rare occasions,  the manufacturer or our suppliers will run out of a particular item, causing a significant  delay.  If that turns out to be the case, we will contact you and explain the particulars and offer alternatives. 

Return Policy:  

Here at AquaticHouse we understand sometimes products need to be returned. Therefore, returns may be made up to 30 days after purchase.

All returns must be authorized and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being shipped back.  A copy of the invoice must accompany all items being returned.  AquaticHouse is not responsible for return shipping costs.  To avoid returns, we suggest asking about any product for which you are unsure of prior to ordering.

All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. Shipping costs are given to a third party for shipping, therefore shipping is never refunded once a product has shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton, not on the product package.
